The
McLaren F1 was introduced in 1993 and has been the
most most expensive sports car and the fastest one
to date. It was designed as a Formula 1 vehicle and
features a 6.0lt. BMW engine that can reach 60mph
(97km/h) in 3.1 seconds. This car is the world first
road car witha fully carbon fiber monocoque structure,
fully active fan-assisted ground effect aerodynamics
and a central driving position. All of these features,
including the ability to hold 3 people in the car
make it revolutionary.
